Come one, come all to an absolutely delightful afternoon and discover all that lies within. We have the Wishing Pond where each child and adult lights their spirit for others to see. The Cookie Kingdom is where the love surrounds in many shapes and forms. The Elves' workshop is where creativity abounds for all ages. Off in a snuggly corner the Root Children Playhouse is where toddlers go for gentle nourishment to continue on their adventure. The Echo House Activities are invigorating as we bundle up for the cold to experience candle making, music and juggling to tickle the soul. And then there is the magical Pocket Lady who swirls and twirls and opens in delight to let a child enter to find a small treasure that is just right! The silk Marionette shows take you to an enchanting place. The Holiday Café is the place to be for adults and children. Come and enjoy the hearty soup and homemade desserts or simply grab some freshly-baked gingerbread. Among all the good food and company, the music sets the festive mood. And then there is the incredible variety at our Holiday Gift Shoppe, located in the middle school wing. Local artisans display their creations for you to browse and pick the just right gift. Be prepared to buy special and wonderful items. Come and take your chances at our raffle and stay to wrap yourself up in our community spirit from 4:30-5:00pm with caroling. (We might even go longer than 5:00 if the spirit is willing)
This event costs $2.00 (adults) and $1.00 (children) at the front door and then you are invited to fill your pockets with tickets for .50 each to let you enter some activities.
