100th Birthday
July 1, 1902 - July 1, 2002 Pearl I. Hofer (Hoffer)-SUTFIN
Pearl, presently at this writing, January 18, 2002, has two great lights at the end of the tunnel. One, to have the President of the USA recognize her 100th birthday. Second, to have Scott Willard, Weatherman, show her picture and announce her birthday, on Television.

Mrs. SUTFIN, worked thru two World Wars, lived thru a depression, witnessed a span of years from: horses to automobiles; balloons to airplanes, rockets, missiles & outer space flight; communications fetes to stagger the mind.

Living independently (alone and self-sufficient) she plays bingo, each and every Wednesday Evening at the Perinton VFW Post 8495, outside Fairport, NY 14450. She still maintains her Monroe County/State of New York drivers license, limiting her driving to daytime emergency necessity trips.

Her husband, Harold John SUTFIN, passed away in April 1967. A son, Delos Harold SUTFIN and daughter, Loowenna (Lou) Beverly Sutfin-SNOOK, pre-deceased Pearl.

One son, Gerald (JERRY) L. SUTFIN and his wife, Beatrice (Elaine) Guilzon-SUTFIN, survive (at present). He, at 70 and she at 67 years of age. Ten Grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, a few cousins, nieces and nephews survive.
