Korner's Folly
Jule Korner believed a man's home should be his castle and he proceeded to make his. Korner's Folly was named by a passing farmer, who, when seeing the house under construction remarked: "That will surely be Jule Korner's folly." Korner liked the name so much that he called the house by it from then on. This unique home on Main Street was completed in 1880. The present house has 22 rooms on 7 different levels. Many original pieces are still seen, including the tile framed fireplaces.
