The city has been blessed with one of the world's longest fresh water boardwalks situated on the St. Clair River. The St. Clair River connects Lake Huron to the Detroit River.

The city also has several parks and playscape for young children. This small community boasts a beautiful landscape coupled with its beautiful waterfront. Together they help create a wonderful view of Michigan and make it one of Michigan's most visited communities during the summer tourist season.
