Annual Watermelon Jubilee held behind Greenville Academy every year

1969 My high school class graduated from Alabaster High School, located on Highway 31, in 1969. As one of the few graduating classes from this school prior to the school's conversion to what is now know as Thompson Middle School, we were among the group of students transferred from what was then known as Prentice High School in Montevallo.
